Prevent ClubRunner Emails from Getting “Junked” for Microsoft Accounts

Objective:
Help members ensure they consistently receive club newsletters and announcements by showing them how to add ClubRunner email addresses to their safe senders list.

Key Message:
“Keep your ClubRunner emails—like newsletters and event updates—out of Junk by adding ClubRunner to your safe senders list.”

Audience:
Rotary club members and subscribers who receive ClubRunner communications using a Microsoft Email Account.

If you AREN'T using an email like the following this probably won't work:

anthony@hotmail.com, anthony@live.com, or anthony@outlook.com

For LIVE, Outlook, or Hotmail email accounts:

1. Login to the Microsoft email website using your webbrowser - https://www.live.com

2. Clink on the "view" menu option in the webpage

3. Click on the "View Settings" Icon

4. Click "Mail"

5. Click "Junk Mail"

6. Click "+ Add Safe Sender"

7. Type in "*@clubrunner.email" then click the OK button

8. Click the "Save" button

This is where you add in for step 7 as above. The "*@clubrunner.email" should mean that it catches all clubrunner emails.
