Gwyn Roberts and Jenni Fleming

Husband and wife team Gwyn Roberts on Cello and Jenni Fleming on Grand Piano come together with friends to perform at Music By The Lake. Both musicians have distinguished careers with extensive national and international performances to their credit.

Gwyn has performed with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Canberra Symphony Orchestra and the Melbourne Chamber Orchestra. He has also worked as conductor with four ABC Symphony Orchestras and the Queensland Philharmonic Orchestra. As a member of staff at the University of Queensland, he is actively involved with teaching the cello. Currently he is the Director of the 80 member Queensland University Symphony Orchestra.

Jenni Fleming has performed with the Queensland, Melbourne and Adelaide Symphony Orchestras and along with Gwyn Roberts continues to perform with Ensemble 1.Jenni has given concerts and broadcasts in Scandinavia, South East Asia, USA and the United Kingdom. Jenni teaches music at the Conservatorium and St Peters College.
