Many Rotary clubs have commenced planning for a Centennial Project.

The Samford Club is planning a Centennial trail in the Village. This would involve a series of plaques that identifies the original historic building on that site. For example, the site of the Samford Railway Station could well be the site for a plaque. Many know the station was in John Scott Park, but what did it look like? It is hoped that these sites could form a walk for visitors to the Village.

The Club would like to thank Margaret Hickey for her input concerning possible sites for plaques.
